If you’re excited by community‑led growth, enjoy working with data and insights, and like turning ideas into repeatable programs, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
During your internship, you will:

  • Learn the foundations of community‑led and customer marketing

  • Engage with Champions in an inclusive, helpful way (online and sometimes in‑person)

  • Support new Champion onboarding and community events

  • Analyze Champion engagement across APAC to find gaps and opportunities

  • Help design and prioritize growth and engagement experiments

  • Refine Champion value propositions and messaging for key markets

  • Support pilot campaigns (e.g., stories, referrals, events) and document what works

  • Help build a clear APAC Champions playbook with best practices and reusable assets

  • Contribute to simple dashboards/trackers to measure growth and engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, success, community, operations, and analytics teams

  • Take part in Atlassian‑wide and intern‑specific events and activities

  • Able to commit to a 12‑week, full‑time internship between November 2026 – February 2027.

  • Currently enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and returning to study after the internship, graduating by January 2028.

  • Interest in marketing and community‑led growth.

  • Strong research and analytical skills (comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data).

  • Good organisation and problem‑solving skills – can break work into steps and follow through.
