This is an office-based role. You will be required to perform your role primarily from our Amsterdam or Gdańsk office and live within a commutable distance.

Responsibilities

As the ideal Regional Workplace Lead, you are a dynamic leader with a proven ability to manage and implement meaningful and productive office experiences focused on the customer. You are adaptable and understand the need to experiment and pivot in a fast-paced environment that’s always changing. You have a tireless focus on delivering an office that aligns with the Atlassian values and its high-performing culture. You have the ability to quickly understand the evolving culture, anticipate change and the ability to scale Workplace offerings. You are an influencer through your first-class communication skills - both in writing and confident speaking.

The Office Hospitality team acts as a 3D billboard for our values, creates an environment where Atlassian’s are able to choose their own journey, and strives to stay aligned with our Customers and the business.
This is an Individual Contributor role with regional scope across EMEA; it does not include people management.

In this role you will:

  • Own the development and program strategy for customer experiences across the region that are tied to our culture, values and brand.

  • Own regional food and drink contracts and budgets

  • Exercise good judgment and know how to leverage the regional team for the best company and team outcomes

  • Create an environment that allows the team to be autonomous, purposeful and grow their skill set

  • Ensure that our programmatic Atlassian workplace experience is delivered at every office in the region

  • You will obsess about the experience and will measure your success using CSAT, NPS and participation rates.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Significant progressive experience in operations, vendor and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Required Experience/Capabilities:

  • Significant progressive experience in operations, vendor and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced leader, team builder, and coach, who empowers and promote a supportive environment for team members

  • Confident and business-minded, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Strategic operational and financial planning expertise

  • Understanding of regional operations and compliance

Ideal Additional Experience:

  • Technology industry experience

  • Hospitality background

  • Client-side experience

  • Experience working in workplace collaboration or productivity space 

  • Proficient using Confluence and Jira

Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Develop own the regional development of office programs (i.e., food and beverage, employee recognition, connection, Newlassian programming) that are aligned to our culture, values and brand.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Workplace leadership team across regions and disciplines and provide a regional lens and context

  • Oversee resourcing and facilitate Newlassian onboarding as a back up.

  • Represent Office Hospitality in cross-functional team projects and build and lead internal project teams/work streams related to such projects

  • Lead and manage team performance using Atlassian tools and practices

  • Own regional contracts performance through KPIs, agreed SLAs, attendance at QBRs where applicable

  • Identify “trade-offs” to reach the best outcome for our regional customers

  • Special projects such as technology implementations, procurement exercises, M&A support, in-country incident management

  • Develop work practices and consult external networks to validate, improve or challenge existing programs

  • Own Regional Operating Expense budget

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior business stakeholders

  • Measures of success will rely on using CSAT, NPS and participation rates.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
For Poland: 181,800 - 237,350 PLN

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
