The Atlassian Implementation Services team is a regionally-distributed team that delivers hands-on solution and product implementation services for our most complex strategic customers. Implementation Consultants execute configurations, partner with Advisory Services and ecosystem partners, and bring tangible solutions to customers, directly in their environment. This role is a hands-on-keyboard and requires strong consultative skills.
Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications.
Configure Atlassian products to meet customer requirements, iterating after feedback.
Drive the team to support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
Provide support in client meetings by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Atlassian solution capabilities.
Collaborate with team members, partners, and internal stakeholders to get work done.
Travel up to 20% for internal and customer-facing engagements.
4+ years of enterprise professional services delivery in a customer-facing role, with at least 1 year hands-on.
Background in SaaS-based architectures, integration methods, and security considerations.
Demonstrated experience delivering customer needs to a specification and/or Statement of Work.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English; a second language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
Atlassian Certifications or equivalent industry experience with Atlassian tools.
Experience implementing and/or administering Atlassian Cloud (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Guard, etc.).
Experience with Atlassian’s Cloud deployment/migration process, subscription tiers, and hybrid SaaS/on-premise models.
Experience with 3rd party and marketplace integrations for Jira Service Management.
Background in IT operations roles (request, asset, incident, problem, change, and/or knowledge management).
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $128,700 - $168,025
Zone B: $116,100 - $151,575
Zone C: $107,100 - $139,825
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
