Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.

As we continue to expand our developer ecosystem, we’re looking for a passionate Developer Marketing Manager to help us empower the next generation of builders on Forge.

You will play a key role in scaling Atlassian’s Developer Program, supporting flagship initiatives like Codegeist, Developer Day, Atlas Camp, and the Developer Champions program.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Developer Experience, Advocacy, Community, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver seamless, measurable, and innovative engagement moments for developers worldwide.
Event Program Management: Plan and execute developer events (webinars, AMAs, workshops, Developer Day, Atlas Camp, TEAM, Codegeist), including logistics, vendor coordination, and run-of-show planning.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate with Product Marketing, Product, Advocacy, and Regional Marketing for launch readiness and alignment.
Community Engagement: Support and grow the Developer Champions program, foster community-led growth, and enable user-generated content.
Measurement & Reporting: Track event outcomes, community engagement, and funnel impact; report learnings and iterate playbooks for continuous improvement.
Regional Activation: Plan and pilot localized programs and activations in key regions (e.g., India/APAC), including meetups, office hours, and partner co-marketing.
3+ years in developer marketing, product marketing, event marketing, or technical program management, with hands-on experience in community and event execution.
Proven event operations experience (virtual and in-person), including vendor management and logistics.
Strong project management skills and ability to drive complex projects forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for technical audiences.
Experience working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Passion for developer communities, technology, and authentic engagement.
(Nice to Have) Experience with regional developer ecosystems and community-building in APAC/India.
