Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Define, develop and nurture strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and fellow Partner Managers, to drive go to market strategies.

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners, while strengthening relationships with existing ones.

  • Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate Atlassian’s growth in Spain, Portugal, and Israel.

  • Drive marketing and sales initiatives with partners to boost Atlassian product adoption and brand awareness.

  • Grow subscription sales and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities sourced through both established and new partners.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop account plans and lead C-level strategic conversations with partners and customers.

  • Support partners in executing sales plays, migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives.

  • Collaborate on customer activation, in-person events, and joint marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the IT industry.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and technology solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (any other European langage is a strong plus).

  • Capacity to work at C-level.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business decisions.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
