Your future team

As our Partner Manager, Nordics you will play a pivotal role on extending Atlassian's business model through the recruitment and development of a portfolio of named managed Partners, to accelerate Atlassian’s growth in the Nordics. The Partner Manager will grow and shape Partners to build Atlassian's mind and market share in the Nordics market, navigating a growing partner & alliances ecosystem.

You’ll join a passionate and inclusive EMEA-based Partner Management team that fosters collaboration, values diverse perspectives, and leverages regional expertise. This role presents a unique opportunity for growth and the chance to make a tangible impact within Atlassian. You will help shape the Nordics tech ecosystem as we redefine how software is built and delivered.

In this role you will

Develop and enable strategic partnerships by collaborating with internal teams and other Partner Managers, co-developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting partners as they transition to services-led business models. Your ability to understand partner businesses, manage pipeline and marketing development funds, and effectively communicate Atlassian’s value will be key to your success.

  • Build and nurture strong, value-driven relationships with partners, agreeing on and executing joint business plans

  • Drive pipeline growth through partner campaigns, marketing activities, and co-selling initiatives

  • Identify, recruit, and enable new partners to achieve program goals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and regional success

  • Manage and allocate Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to support growth objectives

Qualifications

Your background

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, in either direct or partner sales across the Cloud SaaS space.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-impact partner or enterprise customer relationships

  • Deep understanding of the Nordics market and partner landscape

  • Creative business developer, builds strategies based on data from multiple sources

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to act as a tactical resource for partner account teams

  • Connects the dots between data and strategy, balancing big-picture vision with execution.

  • Communicate ideas clearly, inspire action, and adapt your message to any audience.
