Your future team

The Senior Partner Manager, Benelux is responsible for expanding Atlassian’s business model by recruiting, developing, and managing a portfolio of strategic Partners. This role will drive growth and strengthen Atlassian’s presence and market share across the Benelux region by cultivating high-performing partnerships and navigating the evolving partner and alliances ecosystem.

You’ll join a passionate and inclusive EMEA-based Partner Management team that fosters collaboration, values diverse perspectives, and leverages regional expertise. This senior role presents a unique opportunity for growth and the chance to make a tangible impact within Atlassian. You will help shape the Benelux tech ecosystem as we redefine how software is built and delivered.

In this role you will

Lead the development and enablement of strategic partnerships at an advanced level, taking ownership of complex partner portfolios and regional initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, other Partner Managers, and senior stakeholders to co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business impact. 

Serving as a trusted advisor to partners, you will guide them through transformation to services-led business models. Playing a key part in driving change through strategic planning, actionable insights, and enabling partners to successfully transition and thrive in a services-driven environment.

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with key partners, providing leadership to ensure delivery of success objectives

  • Oversee accurate pipeline management, regional MDF allocation, and high-impact partner engagements

  • Lead regional partner management initiatives, including collaboration with local subsidiaries of Atlassian GSI's and strategic SI's

  • Own and expand a portfolio of complex partner relationships, offering strategic guidance and acting as an escalation point for partners and internal teams

  • Drive the transformation from license to services-led business models, supporting partners through change and enabling new go-to-market strategies

  • Exhibit advanced technical and business acumen, delivering impactful executive-level presentations and providing strategic guidance through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

Your background

  • Extensive experience in the enterprise SaaS industry, with a proven track record of recruiting, enabling, and developing value-added solutions across Cloud, SaaS, ITSM, DevOps, and Agile-focused partners 

  • Proven success in building, managing, and expanding high-impact strategic partner relationships

  • Significant exposure to GSIs and experience leading co-sell motions and joint go-to-market initiatives with large, global partners

  • Demonstrated ability as a strategic advisor to Partner Principals through business planning and transformation

  • Recognized tactical resource for Partner Account Teams in the field.

  • Deep knowledge of the Benelux partner landscape, driving regional strategy and growth.

  • Proven ability at influencing executive stakeholders for successful business and partner outcomes.
