Responsibilities

The primary focus of the Cloud Alliance Manager, AWS (Nordics + Benelux) is to develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) plan with AWS and top Atlassian partners, leading co-sell strategies and sales initiatives to accelerate adoption and market growth of Atlassian’s cloud solutions in the Nordics and Benelux regions.

You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative Global Cloud Alliances team that values innovation, partnership, and regional expertise. As a builder at heart, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AWS partnership, bringing together Atlassian solution partners and sellers to market, sell, and deploy our innovative cloud product portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to influence Atlassian’s growth in the Nordics and Benelux, while working closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders both internally and externally.

In this role you will

The role focuses on building strong partnerships with AWS and Atlassian solution partners, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with global strategies. The Cloud Alliance Manager is responsible for business reviews, territory planning, and facilitating collaboration between sales teams and partners to accelerate cloud adoption.

  • Own and execute AWS + Atlassian co-sell and GTM plans across the Nordics and Benelux regions.

  • Co-create joint sales and marketing roadmaps, coordinating sales and marketing activities with AWS, Atlassian sellers, and Partners.

  • Manage the sales pipeline by conducting regular pipeline reviews to advance deals, secure necessary resources, and manage partner performance to drive cloud adoption.

  • Hold business reviews and share strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Shape and execute the regional GTM plan by setting partner priorities, aligning with Atlassian’s global AWS strategy.

  • Present Atlassian product expertise at partner and community events.

  • Drive AWS partner performance in coordination with enterprise account teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

Your background

You bring established experience in the Enterprise SaaS space and have a proven ability to build and manage high-impact partner relationships. Your background includes working in fast-paced, global environments where you have proactively driven results and shared valuable insights. With an analytical approach and a collaborative mindset, you excel at executing go-to-market strategies and navigating change across cross-functional teams.

  • Experienced in enterprise SaaS and cloud ecosystems, with a focus on partner or alliance’s at cloud-centric technology companies.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing GTM strategies and co-sell initiatives with ISVs and GSI’s.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with C-suite and key partners to drive business outcomes.

  • Strategic partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning sales, marketing, product, and partner teams.

  • Skilled in cloud sales motions, CRM management, and operational effectiveness.

  • Analytical approach with a builder mindset, focuses on empowering partners and teams to scale business impact.
