P60 Senior Quote to Cash Business Systems Analyst
About the Role:
Atlassian is seeking a Principal-level (P60) Senior Quote to Cash (QTC) Business Systems Analyst to join our Strategic Operations Specialist team within Revenue Operations. In this role, you will lead, influence, and optimize QTC processes at scale, partnering with RevOps, Finance, Sales Tech, Sales Leadership, and other key stakeholders to drive strategic, cross-functional projects that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and scalability across our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the NPI (New Product Introduction / Product Launch) process by consulting, designing, and implementing sales systems and operations functions and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable business outcomes.
Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Enablement, Product, Program Management, Commerce, Sales Technology) to deliver QTC projects that span multiple departments and impact company-wide processes.
Partner with internal technology teams to deliver scalable, optimized QTC capabilities, proactively identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies and risks.
Own and lead QTC projects, providing technical and strategic guidance to Sales Ops Analysts and other stakeholders, and ensuring integration of QTC components into broader business initiatives.
Develop and maintain requirements documentation, SOPs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes, and other assets to support complex business and program needs, setting standards for documentation and process excellence.
Serve as a subject matter expert and systems administrator for sales systems/tools, providing guidance and mentorship to others and raising the technical bar for the team.
Lead user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities, and coach others on UAT best practices, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with Enablement to create and deliver training materials on quoting, contracting, orders, and billing for Sales teams, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
Work with forecasting and compensation teams to identify and implement optimizations in Sales processes, leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that span multiple teams, focusing on measurable results and sustainable change.
Skills and Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Technology with a focus on QTC processes (e.g., quoting, contracting), including experience leading cross-functional, high-impact projects at scale.
Demonstrated leadership in New Product Introduction projects (New Product Launch), with a track record of influencing outcomes across multiple teams and functions.
Deep expertise administering CPQ/billing systems and leading technical evaluations and implementations.
Advanced experience leading and administering UAT, including coaching others and establishing best practices.
Proven track record in a high-growth, enterprise software company, with measurable impact on organizational processes and outcomes.
Expertise in Direct and Channel sales ecosystems and the full sales cycle, from lead to cash, with the ability to drive improvements across these domains.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (SQL a plus) for analyzing large sets of Sales data, identifying trends, and driving data-driven decisions (lookups, pivots, advanced/nested formulas, macros).
Strong understanding of software subscription models and cloud software sales models, with the ability to influence business model evolution.
Extensive experience with Salesforce.com platform; Salesforce certification preferred.
Exceptional business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical requirements and solutions.
Analytical skills to identify key decisions and assess their long and short-term impacts across teams and functions.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior leaders, and drive alignment on competing priorities.
Familiarity with AI technology required; (AI tool projects, prompt engineering, rapidly prototype ideas), experience implementing artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others, raising the technical and operational bar for the team and organization.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
