  • Provide internal team program management support for major initiatives, including scoping, planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, process flows, DACIs, and requirements artifacts to support business and program needs.

  • Identify and bridge process gaps between verticals, ensuring seamless handoffs and minimizing friction or duplication of effort.

  • Drive the intake, triage, and prioritization of process and program requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource availability.

  • Champion process automation, standardization, and best practices to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Monitor and report on process health, key metrics, and program outcomes, providing actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Mentor and support team members in process management, program delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business process analysis, program management, or sales operations within a high-growth, enterprise software company.

  • Demonstrated ability to bridge process gaps, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable process improvements.
