You’ll join a global Leadership Operations team – over 90 Executive and Administrative Assistants strong – on a mission to supercharge Atlassian leaders. You’ll play a key role in helping them hit their biggest goals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Master the fundamentals: calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and general admin tasks.
Use Slack to keep teams aligned – share important updates, answer quick questions, and don’t forget an occasional celebratory GIF when the moment calls for it.
Schedule meetings with precision through Google Calendar – no double bookings on your watch.
Coordinate travel from itineraries and transportation to accommodations, so leaders can focus on what matters most.
Manage expenses – keep reports clean and accurate, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Plan and execute events (virtual or in-person) with everything taken care of, right down to the last detail.
Be a trusted bridge between leaders and their teams, building strong relationships that keep communication flowing.
Work remotely while aligning with West Coast business hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our leadership team.
On Your First Day, We Will Expect You To
Bring at least 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting management or executive leaders.
Showcase stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, along with advanced Google Workspace know-how.
Demonstrate a laser focus on detail and proven expertise in scheduling via Google Calendar.
Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues at all levels – team spirit is non-negotiable around here.
Stay solutions-focused by managing conflicting priorities, adapting to change, and removing obstacles with ease.

You’ve supported senior leaders in Marketing within a high-growth tech environment.
You’re well-versed in Atlassian’s favorite tools – Confluence, Loom, Trello – and ready to dive in from Day One.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $90,900 - $118,675
Zone B: $81,900 - $106,925
Zone C: $75,600 - $98,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
