The Sr. Revenue Operations Program Manager will drive key initiatives and elevate our operational excellence. This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll partner with Sales & Success leadership to deliver high-impact projects. You'll set best practices for project delivery, mentor others, and directly lead diverse initiatives from start to finish. As a Revenue Operations Program Manager, you'll be the engine behind our strategic projects. Your core responsibilities include:
Demand Collection & Prioritization: Run quarterly and yearly planning cycles to support demand collection and prioritization across Sales Leadership teams, ensuring alignment with quarterly and yearly OKRs.
Portfolio Management: Provide and maintain visibility into department projects, support staffing requirements, and highlight/mitigate resource contention across the project portfolio. Liaise with IT Program Management to coordinate IT and business roadmaps, ensuring alignment of priorities and timelines.
Project Management: Own large projects from start to finish, defining scope, creating detailed project plans, and managing timelines, including enterprise-wide transformation programs and tactical initiatives, adapting to the scale and needs of each project. Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate efforts across global, cross-functional teams.
Collaboration with Delivery Leaders: Partner closely with delivery leaders across the team to ensure effective portfolio management and project execution. While you will help drive portfolio visibility and lead large projects, delivery leaders will remain actively involved in execution and decision-making. Foster strong, collaborative relationships to align on priorities, share insights, and collectively resolve challenges across the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement: Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, managing expectations and driving alignment through clear communication and change management.
Execution & Oversight: Oversee project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage issues to keep things on track.
Process Improvement: Help establish and refine our project and program delivery framework, and mentor others in project management best practices.
Required Skills:
Minimum 7 years in Strategy Consulting and/or Sales/Business Operations, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Program Management or Senior Project Management role, with experience leading Enterprise-level projects.
Proficiency with Atlassian's project management tools.
Experience with various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Strong business acumen, especially in B2B sales GTM strategies.
Metrics-driven approach: Use data to guide decisions, manage program health, and assess success.
Ability to think strategically but dive into details.
Adaptable, flexible, and skilled at influencing others.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $134,600 - $179,500
Zone B: $121,200 - $161,600
Zone C: $111,800 - $149,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
