About the Role:

Atlassian is seeking a seasoned Senior Quote to Cash (QTC) Business Systems Analyst to join our "Strategic Operations Specialist" team within Revenue Operations. This role is pivotal in supporting and optimizing our QTC processes, partnering with RevOps, Finance, Sales Tech, Sales Leadership, and other key stakeholders to drive strategic projects that enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability across our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the NPI (New Product Introduction / Product Launch) process by consulting, designing, and implementing sales systems and operations functions and processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Enablement, Product, Program Management, Commerce, and Sales Technology to drive QTC projects.

  • Partner with internal technology teams to deliver capabilities that scale and optimize our QTC processes.

  • Lead QTC projects and support Sales Ops Analysts in integrating QTC components and improvement within their initiatives.

  • Own and develop requirements documentation, SOPs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes, and other assets to support business and program needs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, owning and executing systems administration for sales systems/tools.

  • Manage user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities, and train others on UAT practices.

  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to create training materials on quoting, contracting, orders, and billing for Sales teams.

  • Work with forecasting and compensation teams to identify and implement optimizations in Sales processes.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Technology with a focus on QTC processes (e.g., quoting, contracting).

  • Experience leading New Product Introduction projects (New Product Launch)

  • Experience administering a CPQ/billing system.

  • Experience leading / administering UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

  • Proven track record in a high-growth, enterprise software company.

  • Familiarity with Direct and Channel sales ecosystems and the full sales cycle, from lead to cash.

  • Proficient in Excel for analyzing large sets of Sales data, identifying trends, and finding discrepancies (lookups, pivots, advanced/nested formulas).

  • Understanding of different software subscription models and cloud software sales models.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com platform; Salesforce certification preferred.

  • Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Analytical skills to identify key decisions and assess their long and short-term impacts.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, navigating business relationships, ambiguity, and competing and complimenting priorities. Ability to tactfully influence.

  • Familiarity with AI technology required, experience leveraging or implementing artificial intelligence tools is a plus.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,
and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than
that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges
for new hires in each zone are:


Zone A: $150,300 - $200,400

Zone B: $135,300 - $180,400

Zone C: $124,700 - $166,300


This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
