Responsibilities

Atlassian is looking for a GTM Platform Partnerships Lead, EMEA (AWS).

Atlassian's GTM Platform Partnerships Lead is tasked with crafting a go-to-market (GTM) strategy to boost the adoption of our cloud solutions. You will leverage partnerships with AWS and key channel partners in the EMEA region. Leading our channel co-sell strategy in EMEA and to build Atlassian + AWS mind and market share.

You will focus on fostering collaborative relationships with C-suite channel executives, driving partnerships that empower channel partners to develop new go-to-market strategies. With a builders mindset, you will use the sales network and market position of AWS, working with expert sellers to achieve shared strategic partnership goals.

Your impact in EMEA will be driven through a collaborative co-sell territory plan that brings together Atlassian solution partners and sellers to market, to sell and deploy our cloud product portfolio. Keeping a pulse on the business, you will present reviews to senior leadership, communicate market realities, partner needs and recommendations to earn the trust and support of executive team members.

This role works closely with our partner program, enablement, and field marketing teams and reports to the Head of Channel Platform GTM.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the global GTM territory plan, defining partner development priorities, and collaborating on joint marketing roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with sales and channel leaders to develop a territory plan to accelerate adoption of Atlassian's cloud product offerings.

  • Execute GTM sales plays and focus initiatives to drive sales pipeline.

  • Manage sales performance, relationships and accountability with partners and AWS.

  • Manage lead sharing, facilitate introductions and conduct pipeline reviews with AWS, Atlassian sellers and partners to progress deals.

  • Understand our products and positioning, and presenting at local partner events.

  • Drive the EMEA channel performance with enterprise account teams, with a unified go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • You are experienced in the enterprise software industry and have successfully built and managed channel businesses/partners

  • You are a change agent, comfortable working in dynamic environments to challenge go-to-market approaches to drive results.

  • You are motivated and analytical, with experience guiding x-functional teams to achieve results.

  • You thrive in a dynamic, international setting, take initiative to drive action and collaboratively share insights with team members.
